Delivery 

How much does Delivery cost?

Small items: £4.95

Medium furniture: £50

Sofas: £120

From time to time we will offer promotional discounts, sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!

Where do you deliver?

We currently only ship to mainland United Kingdom, but please do get in touch if you’re looking to ship to somewhere outside of the UK.

How will my order be delivered?

We use a few carefully chosen couriers to deliver your items depending on their size and weight. Where possible, please provide a mobile number as some of the couriers can then contact with you with a delivery slot. Smaller items will be delivered by DPD on a 2 day service. Larger and heavy items will be delivered by a specialist courier – we will be in touch to arrange this with you.

Large Items delivery 

These items are mostly made especially for you and can mean it takes a few weeks to arrive (this is mentioned on the product page of each item). We will be in touch to arrange delivery once we have a date from our suppliers. Give us a call on +44 (0)1442 861040 if you would like to know more.

What does “Backorder” mean?

Some items are ordered in especially for your order and will therefore have a longer lead time as detailed on the product page. 

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will love your items when they arrive, but we know that sometimes, things might not be quite right. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@clairegarnerinteriors.com to let us know you will be retuning your item(s). Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any custom made furniture pieces, this includes sofas, ottomans, headboards and stools.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning any item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. We strongly advise that you retain a copy of your proof of postage as we are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. Any signs of wear and tear from use will mean the items will be returned to you and we won’t be able to refund you unless a fault develops with the product.

Please include details of your order to help our team identify your return, without this, we may be unable to process your refund. Please note, it takes up to 5 working days to process a return & please allow a further 5 working days for the refund to show in your bank account. Returned goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to you.
